Day to Night
As hardworking professionals, we value any free time we may have and like to make things as easy for ourselves as possible. When we have afterwork plans, we don't always have the chance to rush home to change before we head out for cocktails with our girlfriends.
Luckily for you, we have put together a set of looks that can be easily taken from day to night, eliminating that extra step from your already busy schedule!
Some of the pieces below are in store only but if you would like to try any of them on please give us a call and we will be happy to put your size aside!
Our first piece is this amazing Tibi jumpsuit (seen on fashion blogger Aimee Song of Song of Style). For a daytime look, we love it dressed down with a great pair of sneaks and worn overtop of a button down. It's professional yet still ridiculously cool. To take it up a notch in the evening, throw on a bold lip and your favourite heels and you are good to go!
is that they are practical and comfortable, while still being incredibly stylish. To dress them down for appropriate daytime wear, pair them with a great blazer and flats. For nighttime events try them with one of our wardrobe essentials, the leather jacket.
Bonus: they are on sale!
A couple of weeks ago we talked about how skirts of all hemlines are on trend this season. Not only does this give us more style choices, but it makes it infinitely easier to take an outfit from day to night.
This Etre Cecile pencil skirt is perfect for both the working and evening hours. Pair it with a printed tee and a blazer for the daytime, and a statement necklace to keep you dancing toute la nuit.
This pleated midi skirt from Derek Lam 10 Crosby is great with an over-the-shoulder tied sweater and sneaks. For an uber chic evening look, pull your hair back, throw on some jewels and those sky-high heels. Remember: the higher the heel the closer to heaven.
We love how the subtle detailing on this blouse matches perfectly with the skirt, both by Rhie. For a sexy evening outfit, undo a couple buttons, throw on some statement earrings, and pull back your hair in a middle part. Add a cardigan and some neutral heels for preppy office attire.
