Shipping & Returns

Rebecca Bree ships all orders from our Vancouver boutique within 24–72 hours of purchase. Orders placed over the weekend are shipped the following Tuesday.

If you have special shipping requests or are placing an international order, please allow additional delivery time and contact us after placing your order. We will always do our best to accommodate special requests.

Returns

We are happy to offer a full refund on regular-priced online purchases. To be eligible for a refund, merchandise must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • Returned with all original tags attached

  • Returned in its original packaging

  • Received by Rebecca Bree within 14 days of the delivery date

Rebecca Bree reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as Rebecca Bree cannot guarantee receipt of returned merchandise.

All original shipping charges are non-refundable.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your purchase price or shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Rebecca Bree has no control over these fees and cannot estimate or reimburse them, as they are determined by your local customs authorities.

By placing an international order, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for paying all applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees, and other government-imposed charges required to receive your order.

If an international shipment is refused or rejected due to unpaid import duties, taxes, or customs fees, the customer remains responsible for all original shipping charges, return shipping costs, customs charges, and any fees incurred as a result of the refused shipment. Any refund will only be processed after the merchandise has been returned to Rebecca Bree in its original condition and will be less all applicable shipping and return costs.

Refusing delivery because of unpaid customs duties or import fees does not constitute a seller error or a defective item and is not grounds for a full refund.

Rebecca Bree will not pay import duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage charges on returned merchandise, and any duties or taxes paid by the customer are non-refundable.

Final Sale

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • All sale merchandise

  • Intimates and swimwear

  • Jewelry

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment in Canadian dollars (CAD). Please allow several business days for processing.

Refunds are issued for the original purchase amount in CAD. Rebecca Bree is not responsible for currency exchange rate fluctuations or any differences in the refund amount resulting from your financial institution's exchange rate at the time of purchase or refund.

In-Store Purchases

Please note that our online return policy differs from our in-store policy.

For regular-priced merchandise purchased in-store, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase.
