Montserrat Messeguer

Monsterrat Messeguer, a Mexico City designer, launched her brand in 2017 inspired in the aesthetics of a coarser and less abundant Mexico: the Northern region, where cowboy culture originated and nourished the western aesthetic of the southwest United States. 

Montserrat translates into collections the monochromatic northern crafts, the earthy palette of the Mexican deserts and cacti, and the courseness of their materials and climate. 

With the help of Mexican artisans, she gives life to leather and denim garments, belts, hats, and her already emblematic Jornada cowboy boots which have been worn by many celebrities. 

The brand's materials are sourced locally, including leather, water-saving denim, cotton, and wool, prioritizing the quality and durability of its products.
